Highlights from Mia's Birthday
The balloon delivery and the amount of balloons in our house. She carried them all day. Had to convince her that no they could not go to Burger King's playland.
Talking to Aunt Shell on the phone. All day she chattered on about that. She associates Aunt Shell with the word party. Aunt Shell is a walking party.
Lunch at the dining hall. She normally hates(!!!!!) this. But yesterday she sat on a big girl chair and was allowed a cookie AFTER she ate. Big stuff.
In the corner of the indoor track was a massive pile of balloons from an event the night before. They dove in there forever.
Burger King slide with her brother. Enough said.
Her cake. She clapped, cheered and even cried over this cake. Some of the track coaches came to sing to her and she was delighted. Look at the picture of her below!
A girl after my own heart - her favorite gift was a dinosaur book. I read it seven times last night.
Her day was good and she was excited about everything. Her brother is very excited it's over. All the pink and balloons really irritated him!!
